Pinnacle Rising operates on a disciplined Standard Duty Week (Monday–Friday).

• Processing: Orders placed before 1400 PST are staged for dispatch within 24 hours.

• Weekend Orders: Orders placed after the Friday cutoff or during the weekend are processed for a Monday morning departure.

• The P-R Guarantee: While our official schedule is M-F, we move fast. If your order is prepped ahead of schedule, you will receive tracking information as soon as it clears the deck.

• Military Mail: We proudly ship to all APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
