  • The Hybrid Silhouette: Based on the BOCO Elite profile, featuring a reshaped bill that mimics a classic baseball cap. It provides better sun protection and a structured look that fits in at the gym as much as the trailhead.
  • Tactical Cooling: We added laser-cut top panels to ensure heat escapes where it builds up most—at the crown—keeping you cool during high-intensity lifting or sustained cardio.
  • 3D Embroidered Heritage: A raised, high-density PR logo in Charcoal and Teal. It’s built to take a beating, maintain its shape, and look as sharp on your 100th workout as it did on your first.
  • Glare Reduction: A custom Teal underbill (#0FA3A6) specifically chosen to kill glare and keep your focus on the task at hand.
  • Zero-Distraction Fit: A wicking performance mesh internal sweatband paired with an adjustable Velcro closure ensures a "locked-in" feel that won't shift during dynamic movements.
